The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This position requires strong academic performance and prior commercial litigation experience in both state and federal courts in New York.Location:New York City, NYDuties:Conduct legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in both state and federal courts in New York.Collaborate with team members to develop litigation strategies.Attend court hearings, trials, depositions, and settlement negotiations.Provide legal counsel to clients in various business litigation matters.Requirements:2-4 years of relevant legal experience.Strong academic performance and writing skills.Proven ability to function independently and within a team environment.Prior experience in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts in New York.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York State Bar.Skills:Exceptional research and analytical abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Team collaboration and independent work capabilities.Benefits:Productivity and discretionary bonuses.Life, health, accident, and disability insurance.401(k) retirement plan.
