This role involves independently defending and managing cases from inception through trial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and trial experience, working closely with clients to achieve successful results.Duties:Independently manage a full caseload of litigation matters from inception to trial.Conduct thorough legal research and analyze complex legal and factual issues.Develop and present legal strategies on behalf of clients.Draft complex pleadings, discovery materials, depositions, motions, and briefs.Provide timely and effective legal advice and services to clients.Communicate effectively with courts, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel.Prepare and present witnesses and evidence in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of assigned cases.Requirements:Minimum of 10+ years of litigation experience, with demonstrable trial experience.Extensive experience in managing cases independently through trial.Strong communication skills to evaluate cases and represent clients in various legal settings.Proficiency in legal writing and strong analytical abilities.Must be admitted to the Bar in both New York and New Jersey.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the New York and New Jersey State Bar (required).Job Location:Fort Lee, NJSkills:Strong litigation and trial skills.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.Effective communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Benefits:401(k) plan with matching.Dental insurance.Health insurance.Vision insurance.
