The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in all aspects of litigation, from research and pleadings to depositions and court appearances.Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex business litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Manage written discovery and document production processes.Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses.Attend court conferences, hearings, and trials as required.Assist in large-scale document reviews and case management.Requirements:3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex business litigation.Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania; New Jersey admission is preferred.Strong academic background with a JD from an accredited law school.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Trial experience is highly desirable.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:Outstanding research capabilities and analytical skills.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal proceedings.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficient in legal research tools and software.
