Practice Area: Litigation - General (consumer), Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 2 Years, A law firm in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have an outstanding academic record, strong team skills, excellent research, writing, and communication abilities. A federal clerkship experience would be advantageous.Job Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.Manage discovery processes, including document review and production.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial tactics.Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.Participate in case evaluations and assessments.Provide timely and accurate legal advice and representation.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Ohio or eligibility for admission.2-4 years of litigation experience at a law firm.Strong academic credentials and proven legal research and writing skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Experience with electronic discovery and litigation support tools is preferred.Federal clerkship experience is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with employer match.Paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities and support for continuing legal education.
