The ideal candidate should have a solid academic background, a proven track record of strong performance and measurable results, exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Duties:Represent clients in trust and estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.Conducted legal research, prepared legal documents, and provided analysis of complex legal issues.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.4-7 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.Additional experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation preferred.Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.Skills:Exceptional legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Certifications (if applicable):Certification in trust and estate law or related field (preferred).
