The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of Personal Injury cases, providing strategic counsel and representation to clients throughout the legal process.Job Duties:Evaluate the merits of Personal Injury cases through meticulously reviewing medical records, evidence, and client interviews.Provide clear and practical guidance to clients, ensuring their understanding of legal processes and options.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, aiming for favorable outcomes for clients.Handle a substantial caseload efficiently while maintaining quality of service and adherence to deadlines.Develop litigation strategies, conduct discovery, and prepare for trials when necessary.Open new case files, maintain detailed records and manage case progression from inception to resolution.Communicate regularly with clients, informing them of case developments and promptly addressing their concerns.Demonstrate strong leadership by managing and mentoring legal team members.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar of Georgia (active and in good standing).2+ years of experience as a Litigating Personal Injury Attorney.Trial experience preferred but not required.Deep understanding of Florida Personal Injury law and its application.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.Benefits Offered:Dental InsuranceHealth insuranceVision insurancePaid Time Off401K retirement planEmployer-paid Short Term DisabilityBasic Life Insurance
