Responsibilities: • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing• Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched• Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Continuously prospect and network to build your pipeline of active and motivated home buyers and sellers• Set and convert buyer and seller consultations, we need agents who can convert and close!• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers• Help clients through the home buying and selling process Qualifications: • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills• Currently licensed in real estate Compensation: $70,000 - $1,000,000 yearly About Company: Nationally recognized real estate in the Greater Boston area and ranked as the #1 Keller Williams team in Massachusetts in 2023 & 2023 with over a billion dollars in residential real estate sales over the past 20 years.
