As a Senior Digital Project Manager , you will facilitate and align communication between the client and cross-functional project teams. You will work across our strategy, design and experience, innovation, and engineering (EIE) disciplines to drive our client engagements through to completion on-time and on-budget. You will be proactive, curious, solution-oriented, and resourceful. You will utilize your organizational, time management and exceptional communication skills to ensure the most efficient and effective delivery of Lippincott's creative solutions. In this role, you will focus on projects that will have a digital output , i . e . website design, mobile app development, UX/UI design, etc. You will also be overseeing projects that involve e xperience and i nnovation processes, e xperiential production, and digital marketing campaigns. In your day-to-day you will: Manage time and projects Guide projects to completion by facilitating team productivity across all disciplines , working with the team to evolve strategic and creative concepts into a clear set of deliverables Ensure that the project team is appropriately staffed to deliver on engagement goals and schedules Manage project budgets to maximi z e resource utilization and project profitability ( i.e. tracking expenses, monitoring financial performanc e, identifying opportunities to optimize costs) Manage client expectations, liaising between the engagement team and stakeholders to deliver creative and rigorous solutions to our clients' challenges I dentify and mitigate project risks, including the ability to assess potential obstacles and implement proactive strategies for risk management Keep projects on track through clear task lists a n d issue tracking, pro actively recommend and promote process improvement s as well as manage timeliness and quality of work to ensure project profitability Craft and implement Project Manage ment prac tices to optimize team performance and project outcomes, including facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Understand, guide, and, a s required , document acceptance criteria, review test cases, approve and document user flows alongside cross-functional client and internal teams, and assist with user acceptance testing to deliver the product to launch Coordinate with outside vendors, agencies and researchers as required for project completion Evangelize Project Management within the organization Adopt and promote processes and tools that will increase project efficiency among the broader organization Implement, adapt, and iterate stronger multidisciplinary, collaborative practices, design thinking, and agile processes across the EIE team and broader organization Build and develop relationships across the firm to enhance scoping, pricing, and process development with an eye towards increasing the volume of multidisciplinary work we deliver Communicate project plans, progress, and milestones effectively to stakeholders and solicit feedback and input as needed; this includes, but is not limited to, approvals, escalations, production sign off and defect management alongside the product team Facilitate the effective communication of changes to project scope/structure and guid es stakeholders through evolving requirements or objectives Foster multidisciplinary collaboration Support and promote unity among the evolving multidisciplinary teams and be an ambassador for the integrated processes within the firm Facilitate communication, collaboration, and the delivery of exceptional work by successfully liaising between stakeholders, development teams, capability leads and subject matter experts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, architecture, copy, legal, testing, design, marketing, and business development Navigate conflicts and negotiate solutions effectively Deepen relationships with capability leads and subject matter experts across the firm to best connect and leverage talent to support high-performing, multidisciplinary teams in delivering exceptional work Who you are: Knowledgeable and Skilled Hold a bachelor's degree in design, humanities, business or a related discipline from an accredited college or university A minimum 10 years' project management experience in firm (s) that specialize in delivering branding, digital , advertising , or marketin g services to clients Experience leading teams in successful delivery of design and development projects in a consulting environment is preferred Ability to solve problems critically, logically and creatively Strong written and oral communication skills Unparalleled organizational, time management and follow-up skills Digitally savvy Experienced in d ocumenting acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases Experience with user acceptance testing Knowledgeable in user research and testing, wire-framing, prototyping Experience in coding is a plus Prior experience managing projects that result in product delivery/launch Prior experience with Smartsheet, Resource Management, Figma, and Jira , GenAI , Figjam , Miro, Github Passionate and driven P roactive and motivated to get the job done Ability to adapt to changing priorities E ngages in iterative development processes, contributing to continuous improvement and the refinement of digital projects E xceptional written and verbal communication skills Exhibit a high degree of emotional intelligence Naturally curious, solution s -oriented, resourceful and confident Incredibly o rganized and diligent with follow through About Lippincott: Lippincott is a creative consultancy specializing in brand and innovation. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
