P O S I T I O N D E S C R I P T I O N Clinicians are responsible for providing diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for a diverse caseload including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or family conflict. R O L E S Establishes positive, trusting rapport with patients. Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances. Meets with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conducts ongoing assessments of patient progress. Maintains thorough records of patient meetings and progress. Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
