The ideal candidate will provide essential support and advocacy to children from the ages of (8-21) and families in need, focusing on child and family counseling, crisis management, and behavioral therapy. *Responsibilities* - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine clients' needs- Develop and implement therapeutic care plans tailored to each child's specific situation- Provide clinical counseling and behavioral therapy to individuals children and groups- Offer crisis intervention services as needed- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support children in achieving their goals *Qualifications* - Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or related field- New York State licensure or certification as a Social Worker- Experience in child and family counseling, case management, and pediatrics preferred- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and group therapy techniques- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team- Excellent communication skills and empathy towards childrenThis position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our children while working in a supportive team environment.Hiring 4 Social Workers (LMSW/LCSW/LMTW) one will be Bilingual one will be the lead, and we are also searching for a Clinical Director.
