Responsibilities: • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth• Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Sales scripts mastery• Close sales• Set appointments Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision• Present yourself in a professional manner• A real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
