The ideal candidate for this position is not afraid to ask for business and backs their persuasiveness with top-notch customer service. This candidate will also have an in-depth knowledge of the area and current market conditions. Responsibilities: --- Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale --- Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing --- Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing --- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings --- Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments --- Show properties and assist buyers and sellers with outstanding customer service --- Draft and prepare offers and paperwork --- Performs outbound sales activities such as lead follow-up and targeted cold calling --- Maintain contact with leads assigning them to the appropriate follow-up campaign, including email, video and phone contact. Qualifications: --- Must have a valid Real Estate License --- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently --- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone --- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies --- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information --- Team player who believes their success is the team's success --- 2+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry --- Prospecting and follow-up experience --- Coachable with a growth mindset --- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues and receive frequent coaching feedback --- Strong team player --- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively About Company: With 17 years of experience in real estate in Florida, our company is dedicated to offering our agents unparalleled support and resources.
