Responsibilities: • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments• Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing• Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications: • Possesses a real estate license • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success• Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Compensation: $150,000 at plan yearly About Company: We are a successful RE/MAX real estate team.
