Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity• Gather information from clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so that our agents are able to provide an organized and efficient sales process• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up• Meet with buyers and sellers, determine their needs, and assist in the entire process of buying and selling a home• Maintain consistent weekly contact with clients• Apply lead follow-up systems to grow your sales pipeline• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and generate referrals to aid in building your sales pipeline• Host team open houses monthly; all open house leads are assigned to the hosting agent• Work within CRM work-flow system, and maintain up-to-date calendar availability for appointments• Participate in Academy Sales Training and attend weekly sales meetings Qualifications:• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent • Full-time availability• Technology-driven• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)• Driven, self-motivated, and desires professional growth• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred• Organized and the ability to manage time effectively• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills• Possess a positive and can-do attitude with problem-solving abilities Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based About Company: Debbie and Sarah Reynolds are a mother-daughter duo and founders of The EmpowerHome Team.
