Responsibilities:• Help clients secure financing by connecting them with suitable lenders.• Develop relationships with clients and listing agents for successful transactions in South Central Wisconsin.• Prepare and review all property documents to ensure smooth processes for buyers and sellers.• Keep clients informed and provide insights into local housing market trends.• Engage with potential buyers to understand their housing needs and preferences.• Build and strengthen connections with clients and industry professionals.• Provide guidance on buying or selling property.• Offer in-depth information on local real estate trends.• Showcase available listings to potential buyers by participating in open houses and property viewings.• Learn and use successful sales negotiation strategies.• Help clients make informed decisions by using various sales techniques.• Adhere to weekly tracking and accountability procedures.• Enhance sales skills through regular coaching and role-play exercises.• Maintain open communication with clients throughout the sales process.• Successfully close sales deals and follow up on leads.
