Qualifications: Have a current valid Nevada State Board of Nursing LPN License Possess a current valid Nevada Class C Driver's license Have reliable personal transportation Have a current CPR and First Aid Certification Have, or be able to obtain, a TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements 1 year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school program for a licensed practical nurse course of study. #IND1
