The University of Iowa Community Clinics is seeking a patient centered 100% (40 hours a week) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our Outreach patients within Bettendorf. This positions main location will be at ourBettendorf Clinic but This position will mainly support our Outreach Clinics but could also support other service lines/clinics based on clinical needs/hours. This position will travel within a 2-hour radius required and be provided a fleet car as well as well as paid drive time. Our team specialize in the care of everyone in the family, in every generation, from birth, for life. Our LPN's develop relationships and get to know our patients and monitor patient care history and deliver personalized, compassionate care every time to each patient. When our patients need care, our providers connect them with the UI Health Care specialist they need. This position also includes FREE on-site parking as well!Duties to include: * Provides nursing care under the supervision of a registered professional nurse. * Participates in the development of nursing care plans and in the implementation of therapeutic program for patients. * In less complex situations, may assume responsibility for directing and supervising assigned nursing personnel. In more complex situations, performs as an assistant to the registered professional nurse.
