Elm Crest Senior Living Community is looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)/Campus Executive Director ! The ideal candidate will be a charismatic leader, with a natural high energy! We have a large campus, consisting of 32 Independent Living units, 31 Assisted Living units, and 50 skilled nursing beds. Elm Crest has been serving the Harlan area for over 65 years! As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator/Campus Executive Director at Elm Crest, you will oversee the overall operations of the Community in accordance with ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.
