Key Responsibilities: Dedicated support for brokers to ensure their success Provide timely and solution-oriented responses to broker needs Assist in onboarding new brokers and provide guidance on utilizing the Thimble Broker Portal Required Qualifications: Property & Casualty Insurance license Commercial insurance experience, preferably in small commercial business insurance Prior work with insurance brokers or agencies Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume support or customer service environment Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
