The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of general liability experience and demonstrate proficiency in managing cases related to personal injury, property damage, and other liability claims.Duties:Represent clients in litigation and other legal proceedings concerning general liability matters.Conduct legal research and provide advice on liability issues.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Manage and oversee investigations into liability claims.Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations and arbitrations.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida State Bar (active and in good standing).3-7 years of experience practicing law, focusing on general liability.Proven track record of handling complex liability cases from inception to resolution.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Certifications (if applicable):Board Certification in Civil Trial Law or related specialization is preferred.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Proficiency in legal research and analysis using LexisNexis or Westlaw.Benefits:Competitive pay commensurate with experience.Performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage.401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution.Paid time off (PTO) and holidays.
