Lia Honda Kingston is seeking an Automotive Biller to join our team. COMPENSATION RANGE: $17-$19/hour based on experience SIGN ON BONUS: N/A REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to work Saturdays Knowledge of dealership procedures College degree preferred or equivalent experience Knowledge of dealership procedures Ability to provide quality customer service Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily Computer literacy Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Must have clean & valid driver's license KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Billing out wholesale and dealer trades Report dealer trade sales to factory Process trade paperwork Stock in used vehicles Maintain titles and lien releases Order and follow up on all duplicate titles Prepare weekly title reports for management Conduct weekly dealer plate audit Back up head biller DMV related filing Any other duties assigned by the manager BENEFITS: Medical, Dental and Vision 401K Plan with Employer Match Paid Time Off Paid Weekly An employer funded Life Insurance Plan Discounts on services and parts Employee vehicle purchase plans Company provided uniforms ABOUT US: The Lia Auto Group is one of the top 100 automotive groups in the country, established in 1977 by Bill Lia Sr. The group consists of 21 dealerships throughout New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, offering a variety of manufacturers including Honda, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, Infiniti, Volkswagen, and Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (CJDR).
