Legal Intake Specialist

Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities: • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently• Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly• Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases• Taking all Potential New Client (PNC) calls as soon as possible• Getting all important data at first contact with PNCs• Contacting the Attorneys about whether we can accept a PNC's case or not in a timely manner• Scheduling and dispatching Investigators as needed• Following up with PNCs to help them sign up for our services• Retrieve police reports and scene/injury photos• Send all appropriate documentation needed for New Client onboarding Qualifications: • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required• Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills• Background in the legal industry preferred• Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel• Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired• Available to be on call and work on weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis• Bilingual (Spanish Speaking a plus) Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly About Company: We are a personal injury firm in the Atlanta Metro that is committed to helping people and their families navigate the insurance process after they have been seriously injured.
