Key Responsibilities: Drive deal negotiations towards the close with key stakeholders Handle complex customer papers with diligence and accuracy Develop legal templates and playbooks to streamline legal-sales collaboration Required Qualifications: Around 3 years of legal experience ideally from a top legal firm or tech company Qualified lawyer in the U.S Significant experience in complex commercial negotiations in the B2B software industry Deep knowledge of software-industry IP licensing issues Additional knowledge in Canadian Law or UK Law is a plus
