Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on security engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience Skilled in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise level security solutions Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security Experience with threat modeling, discovery, vulnerability, and penetration testing In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems Application development experience for enterprise environments with strong analytical, problem solving skills 5+ years of applied experience working in Java: Spring, Spring boot frameworks, Python Hands on experience working on Relational/NoSql databases, SQL, ORM technologies, AWS - EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda etc., Proficient in developing highly scalable applications which can handle millions of requests and event driven architecture Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented concepts, analysis and design using common design patterns
