With a variety of school districts represented within our congregation, the Westview School Corporation is located within walking distance of the church.” JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL-TIME PASTOR RESPONSIBILITIES The Emma Church is looking for an individual who: is filled with the Holy Spirit and led by the Fruit of the Spirit. is gifted in Biblical preaching and teaching. values an Anabaptist theological and Biblical perspective. possesses the qualities of enthusiasm and friendliness. will motivate and equip members to discover and utilize their gifts to the betterment of the congregation. will embrace the concerns and heartfelt needs of the congregation. QUALIFICATIONS Full-time position while also being available for emergencies and other congregational events and needs. Bachelor’s degree in ministry-related studies preferred.
