This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their skills in AWS, A/B experiments, and React in a challenging and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on our growth, guiding our team's efforts to implement innovative solutions that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities:1. Lead and manage a team of growth engineers to design, develop, and optimize our digital platforms and applications.2. Use your expertise in AWS to ensure the efficient and secure management of our cloud-based resources.3. Conduct A/B experiments to test the effectiveness of different strategies and initiatives, using the findings to inform future decisions and drive growth.4. Utilize React to build user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experience and engagement.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and drive growth.6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for improvement.7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in growth engineering, applying this knowledge to our strategies and practices.8. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in growth engineering at one or more brand name company and/or Marketing experience at a startup3. Proven experience with AWS, A/B experiments, React, and at least one main Back End language (Python, Node, Golang, Java)4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.8. Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in growth engineering.9.
