KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR Stow Alliance is seeking a Kids Ministry Director to join our staff team and build a fresh and dynamic kids ministries. If you: Love Jesus Love Children & Families Have fresh Kids Ministry vision Kid magnetic Self-Organized A self-starter A team-builder & equipper Can work independently & on a team Our vision for Kids Ministry is to BUILD A PASSIONATE GENERATION OF GOSPEL BELIEVERS. When a child comes through our Kids Ministry, and moves into Youth Ministry, we want them to look a lot like 12 year old Jesus. Our ideal candidate will be someone who: Can have fun, laugh a lot, and work hard. Will be a champion and an expert in child and family spiritual development. Loves building and empowering teams to do ministry, rather than trying to do it all themselves. Will serve as the public face of this ministry to the church body and take our great team of volunteers to the next level. Ideally this will be a full-time role, but depending on need can also be structured as a part-time role. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience.
