This role offers the opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters, including novel financing deals in the energy transition space.Duties:Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, promptly answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently.Ensure timely, accurate, and precise work product.Meet deadlines and expectations while performing required duties.Foster positive work relationships within the firm and with external parties.Adhere to all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, digital conference calls, and meetings as necessary.Perform additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Minimum of 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling transactions in financing and MA of energy transition projects and companies.Proven expertise in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Strong analytical and writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.Good business judgment and excellent organizational abilities.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Proficient research and problem-solving capabilities.Conceptual thinking and the ability to influence others.Persuasive communication skills and some management experience.Admission to practice law in New Jersey.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in New Jersey.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving skills.Conceptual thinking.Ability to influence others.Persuasive communication.Some management skills preferred.Location:Short Hills, NJBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k).
