The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, and a background in handling complex civil litigation matters, preferably in financial or securities disputes. Key Responsibilities:Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues.Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.Assist in deposition preparation and conduct legal research.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.Participate in hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings as needed.Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client counseling. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.2-4 years of experience in business litigation at a mid-size to large law firm.Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and practices.Experience in financial, securities, or other complex civil litigation preferred.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Federal clerkship or state appellate clerkship experience is a plus. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar. Skills:Strong legal writing and analytical skills.Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Experience with discovery management and deposition preparation.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
