The ideal candidate will assist in handling complex employment law cases, including litigation and class actions, under the supervision of senior attorneys.Job Duties:Assist in all phases of litigation from case inception to trial, under the supervision of senior attorneys.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams on case strategy and preparation.Manage and organize case files, documents, and exhibits.Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts as required.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.1-5 years of experience in employment law litigation, preferably including class actions, at a law firm.Strong legal research and writing skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support software.Skills:Legal research and writingCase management and trial preparationOral and written communicationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsTime management and prioritizationCertifications (preferred):Certification in Employment Law or related field (optional) This law firm is located in Beverly Hills, California and is a boutique law firm that specializes in plaintiff representation.
