Large property looking in search for a Jr. Maintenance Technician to maintain the grounds, minor maintenance repairs, cleaning offices, models, assisting vendors and repairing physical structures of buildings nd maintaining grounds by performing the following duties. Complete work orders. Assist in communication with residents , delivery notices, work orders and repairs. Prepare apartments for change in occupancy. Clean internal areas of buildings. Maintain ground, picking up trash. Empties trash cans and consolidate trash for weekly pickup. Paint interior/exterior walls trim for parking lot surfaces. Operate snow removal equipment . Shovel snow from sidewalks Assist other departments with moving furniture, appliances, unloading and storing supplies.
