As a Journeyman Auto Mechanic - Lead Automotive Service Technician, your day starts with a team briefing that outlines the vehicles scheduled for service. As the go-to expert, you diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, using specialized diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly and accurately. You communicate professionally with service advisors and parts advisors to ensure smooth workflow and clear customer updates. Every repair is meticulously documented with detailed notes and testing results. Valid driver's license 5+ years of experience as a journeyman automotive technician Basic computer skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive work attitude Own tools Preferred Qualifications: Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram experience ASE Certification Missouri State Inspector License SCHEDULE: This full-time position works Monday through Friday with NO weekend work!
