We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional with a proven track record in jewelry sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with building client relationships, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. This position requires a high level of commitment, passion, and energy. If you are a passionate salesperson with a love for fine jewelry and a desire to provide the best customer service, then this could be the perfect role for you.Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns2. Offer advice and guidance on product selection to customers3. Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals set by the company5. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with established jewelry brand image6. Continuously expand product knowledge and sales skills by participating in educational and training opportunities7. Manage inventory and ensure items are displayed in the most attractive way8. Resolve customer complaints and queries to ensure customer satisfaction9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store and company objectivesQualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on jewelry sales2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills4. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for the jewelry industry5. Proficient in using sales software, including inventory management systems6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events7. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus8. Knowledge of gems, diamonds, gold, and other types of jewelry9. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality products to customers.As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.
