Information Technology (IT) Project Management Coordinator What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Project Management Coordinator, the Project Manager is primarily responsible for project oversight, from start to finish. Project manager will be responsible for leading several concurrent high visibility projects. Leading projects will include all aspects of the project lifecycle from approval through close. Project Manager must be able to see projects through to the end in a seamless manner. You will be doing all coordination and assisting with writing Standard Operating Procedures. This is 100% onsite, no remote work. Must be fully vaccinated and remain fully vaccinated against COVID-19 The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities: Plan and develop the project idea, create the resources footprint, identify tasks and their dependencies and prepare task effort estimates Monitor project progress and set deadlines, address issues that may arise during the course of a project and manage the project budget Develops and implements UAT for projects Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and evaluate project performance Work with the stakeholders and team members to oversee key application development projects update schedules and targets on the project when necessary and communicate the potential impact as a result Review and assess project requests, including system development and application integration / implementation requests, facilitate vetting of the requests by defining the corresponding requirement and effort estimate Prepare dashboard reports (Project Business Case, Project Charter, Work Breakdown Structure, Risk and Issues Log, Project Communications Plan, Change Request Management, Project Schedule, and Lessons Learned Register) for stakeholders reflecting status of the project Work directly with departments to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget of the project Prepare information for timely submission of invoices and progress reports to ensure that necessary records, files, and other materials are maintained for efficient conduct of business and audit requirements Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform other relevant duties as assigned EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES YOU SHOULD POSSESS: Bachelor's degree or minimum two (2) years equivalent work experience. Project Management certification preferred. Minimum of one year experience as a project lead implementing software applications as functional area proxy. Four (4) years experience as a business analyst, preferably within a nonprofit environment Must have knowledge of business process analysis, including process documentation, requirements gathering and specification definition. Must be familiar with project management best practices (PMI) and business process re-engineering methodology. Knowledge of child care services funding and contractual requirements is desired.
