Job Title: IT Manager As an IT Manager at Busek, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for enhancing and expanding our existing IT infrastructure. Your role will involve overseeing daily IT operations, managing systems integrations, and ensuring the reliability and security of our technology environment. You will work closely with team members to streamline processes and provide critical support to our users. How you will make an impact: Oversee the management and expansion of our Active Directory (AD) and Azure systems. Set up new computers, integrate them into the domain and Office 365, and install necessary software applications. Troubleshoot on-premises IT issues and manage user permissions across various platforms. Collaborate with team on cloud-related tasks, including SharePoint and Epicor management. Develop and execute strategies to phase out third-party IT support (C3) while building internal capabilities. Monitor project timelines and workloads, adjusting plans to meet varying IT demands. Maintain clear communication with engineering and operations teams to address IT-related challenges. Desired Experience: The following qualifications will be beneficial in this role, though it is not expected that candidates will possess all of them: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably within a mid-sized organization. Familiarity with CMMC Level 2 security protocols CISSP certification is highly preferred; Azure experience is essential. Familiarity with Jira and Epicor administrative tasks is advantageous. Strong understanding of IT security practices and infrastructure management. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proven problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple priorities effectively. Trustworthiness and integrity, as this role requires full access to sensitive information from day one.
