We are seeking an Invoice Processing Specialist with our client, a leader in the construction industry. This role will be responsible for managing and processing IT capital and operational expense invoices. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and supports the Project Management Office with administrative tasks. Location: Onsite 5 days in Santa Ana, CA This contract job is expected to pay about $25/hour + benefits What You Will Do: Manage invoices related to IT capital and operational expenses. Review invoice details, including vendor information, amounts, and compliance with purchase orders or contracts. Verify and process invoices with appropriate expense or capital accounts coding to ensure accurate financial reporting. Follow the approval process and collaborate with IT leadership, procurement, and the project management team to validate and confirm invoice approvals. Accurately record and maintain invoice data and files in a shared depository. Regularly analyze actual spending versus budget forecasts. Assist with administrative project tasks within the Project Management Office. What Gets You The Job: Strong organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
