Inventory Control Supervisor

Description:
The Inventory Control Supervisor will work with the Inventory Control Manager on ways to optimize inventory control procedures and oversee the rotation of cycle counting inventory. This role will manage a team of Inventory Control Leads and Inventory Control Specialists, ensure internal and external customer requests and requirements are completed on time, and provide communication to internal and external customers as needed. To ensure success as an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will investigate, identify, and reconcile inventory discrepancies, establish and execute cycle count schedule in compliance with the corporate accounting objectives, and use Cadence to monitor and document movement characteristics of inventory. You will be held accountable to comply with all defined business process and the utilization of all technology platforms, as defined by FST. You will generate and update inventory reports in WMS and excel, oversee the proper execution and reporting of physical inventories, and reconcile physical inventory variances through various data resources.
