History Lift Bridge Brewery is a leading production brewery located in the birthplace of Minnesota, Stillwater. We celebrated our 16th year of business this year. We are expanding and looking for the right team members to grow with us! Description The Lift Bridge production team is looking for the right person to grow with us. We are seeking a person who is outgoing, quality and safety minded, hard-working, a self-starter and of high character. Previous industry experience is preferred, but not required. Job Responsibilities Responsible for the inventory accuracy in the Orchestrated Beer ERP system. Record incoming materials daily in the inventory system. Performs periodic inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Ensures that the inventory management system is in agreement with external warehouses. Assist the Production Analyst with the scheduling of outgoing and incoming shipments. Prepare inventory-based tax reporting forms on a monthly basis. Assist the finance and operations team with invoicing and payable recording as needed. Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed. Work with the warehouse team to identify inventory management strategies. Contributing to an atmosphere of teamwork within the department and throughout the Company. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field. Excellent oral, analytical, written, and communication skills A well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Demonstrated ability to think strategically. Strong organizational & planning skills. The individual should be proactive, highly motivated, and detail oriented. Experience with ERP software is preferred (Orchestrated Beer, SAP, NetSuite, etc). The ability to be at the Stillwater brewery each working day.
