Interventional Cardiologist needed in Salem, OR (Perm Position)Fulltime, PermanentOffice hours - 8:30 am - 4:00 pm3.5-4 days/week clinicRotate STEMI call, 1:3 weekendsClinic: Primarily O/P w/ IP Rounding every 5-6 weeksState-of-the-art, fully functional CATH lab with 7 suites and hybrid OR accessInpatient Rounding every 5-6 weeks w/ support of PAProcedures: Cardiac CT and NuclearEPIC EMRVisa Support OfferedBC/ BE OR license, ACLS, DEA and COVID vaccine requiredSalary and Benefits:Base Salary Starts at $660,206 and increases DOEChanging to a Productivity Model in the near futureUp to $20,000 Sign-on BonusUp to $100,000 Student Loan Repayment$4,000 CME allowance200 hours PTO and 40 hours for CMERelocation AssistanceFull comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans; Life insurance; Short and long-term disability401(K) retirement plan with employer contributionsEmployee Assistance ProgramOnsite fitness center with 24/7 badge accessPublic service loan forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer
