Internal Medicine physician employment in Pennsylvania : The Inline Group - Full Time Hours:Monday-Friday: 8AM-7PM Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: Typical appointments are 20-30 minutes per day, seeing less than 20ppd Call Schedule: About once per month Loan Repayment Compensation: Compensation is negotiable and will be determined based on experience, through the interview process. The compensatory range included up to $240,000 annually. Benefits: -Medical benefits provided through Capital Blue Cross-HSA (high deductible plan)-Dental insurance-Vision insurance-Life insurance-Hamilton Health sponsors both traditional and Roth 401k and 403b plans-Discounted gym memberships-CME: Up to $4500, 5 CME days annually (full-time). Part-time providers will receive reimbursement based on their employment status -PTO: 224 hours (full-time)-Additional PTO for your birthday-Paid license and malpractice -Student loan repayment assistance available through the state and NHSC Additional Info: Outpatient, primary care opportunity, rooted with a mission to serve and give back to the underserved populations of Harrisburg, PA and surrounding areas. Not only offering primary care services, each provider will have access to social and behavioral health support services, aiding in complete patient care for the whole person. DETAILS:-Adult medicine opportunity, catering primarily to an age range from 18 years of age and older-Commitment to building a strong culture based on serving the community and establishing a familial bond within the organization-Oversee NP/PA staff (leadership available if desired) -Willing to collaborate on a flexible schedule that meets both patient and provider needs-Once providers have established patient care, they may remotely close patient notes from home-Low call schedule, approximately once per month.
