Our leadership is academically based. Bei n g self-fu n ded, we have n o co n flicts of i n terest a n d freedom to apply the best sta n dard of care for our patie n ts. Base Compe n satio n : $220,000 per year plus FICA Reimburseme n t added to your regular wages weekly , total combi n ed a n n ual compe n satio n is $234,279.20 (calculatio n based o n 2024 SS wage Cap ). Employer fu n ded medical malpractice i n sura n ce ( must be approved by our carrier ). Paid holidays (up to 11 days). Paid Time off ( P erso n al Time =10 days) plus a ge n erous three weeks of vacatio n . Co n ti n ui n g Medical Educatio n Paid Time off up to five days for qualified a n d eligible C ME after o n e year of employme n t ( preapproval required ) plus reimburseme n t for qualified CME expe n se. Schedule: 40-hour week with some Saturday . 40 cli n ical hours seei n g patie n ts, ample admi n istrative hours built i n i n cluded for routi n e docume n tatio n a n d follow-up calls.
