You'll review resumes to find us the best up-and-coming insurance professionals to bring them to our team along with hold the first initial interview. Responsibilities: --- Coordinate interviews and skills testing with qualified candidates --- Collaborate with division leadership to prepare and post new job listings, for the general public and internal candidates --- Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration --- Follow up with all candidates whether they receive an offer or rejection, making sure to provide clear and timely information Qualifications: --- Experience with creating targeted job descriptions that appeal to qualified candidates --- Over 3 years of recruiting industry experience, preferably 5 years --- Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must --- Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly-skilled talent during the recruitment process About Company: At the Chris Castanza Insurance Agency, we are looking for top talent!
