What can you expect? The Insurance Specialist II plays a key role in meeting the servicing needs of the business and acts as an intermediary between internal teams. Possess a high level of product knowledge and technical skills. Ability to follow workflows and processes as detailed in Middle Office procedures. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality control. Collaborate across departmental teams to resolve any quality issues. Manage a significant volume of tasks and assist with complex accounts in addition to conducting root cause analysis on escalations from the business and being able to communicate the findings effectively.
