This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle complex legal matters in the Insurance Defense Litigation sector. We are in-office but with WFH flexibility.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Represent clients in all phases of insurance defense litigation from inception to resolution. Manage a caseload involving insurance defense claims. Conduct extensive and complex legal research to support litigation proceedings, draft legal documents, and advise clients on their legal rights. Attend court proceedings and effectively argue cases. Collaborate with team members to develop effective defense strategies. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve matters quickly and effectively. Maintain updated knowledge of regulatory changes and legal precedents that may impact clients' cases. Provide regular updates to clients on litigation progress. Maintain the highest level of professional and ethical standards.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must be an active member in good standing with the Bar. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Litigation Attorney, specifically in the area of Insurance Defense Litigation. Proven experience managing a large caseload with minimal supervision. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. Profound knowledge of insurance law, litigation procedures, and best practices. Ability to handle complex legal issues and make sound judgments. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Must possess a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic. Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.Interested in hearing more?
