The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage the inside sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets and company objectives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management : Recruit, train, and develop the inside sales team. Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and strategies. Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed. Identify and target new sales opportunities and markets. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Sales Operations and Reporting : Oversee day-to-day sales operations and processes. Ensure the accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results. Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales activities.
