Inside Sales/Customer ServiceResponds accurately and timely to customer inquiries and orders. Coordinates internal office activities. Edits, analyzes, interprets and processes incoming orders. Provides outstanding customer service at all times when servicing customers via email or phone. Compiles pricing estimates of custom springs and wire forms. Oversees that orders and quotes are completed in a timely manner. Assists and helps with expediting of orders and may assist with generating and emailing customer invoices. Understands the manufacturing process, as well as, understanding spring design and engineering. Applies broad knowledge of how springs are made, what causes variations and advises employees and customers accordingly. Upholding positive customer interactions are of high importance as well as maintaining respectable working relationships with colleagues and vendors. As in all positions, the above is a general description of job duties.
