Title: Infrastructure M&A Project Manager Duration:6+ Months Location: Houston, TX Responsibilities: Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Delegating tasks on the project to resources best positioned to complete them Create project budgeting plans as it relates to CapEx and OpEx budgeting needs Must Have: PMP certification highly preferred 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, previous experience as a Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst Must have successfully managed 1+ merger/acquisition/divestiture related projects as it relates to IT infrastructure Must have experience foundational experience with budgeting forecasting Must be comfortable with Excel (pivot tables, v look ups) Visio or similar tools for process mapping/ architectural diagrams.
