Information Technology Service Engineer

This position is a key role in our IT organization, primarily responsible for global IT on- and off-boarding of employees, SOX compliance, single sign-on (SSO), account information updates, and multifactor authentication. This role works directly with HR and IT team members to deliver a world class experience for employees entering the company. This role is also responsible for removal of access from all IT systems during off boarding in compliance with SOX regulations. What you'll do:End-to-end management of an employee lifecycle as it pertains to ITCreation of user accounts, including but not limited to, Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, and various business applicationsActive involvement in SOX audits and compliance guidelinesUpdate user account information in Active Directory and other systemsAsset management and CMDB maintenanceHardware deployment as it pertains to on boardingSingle sign-on (SSO) modifications and application integrationMultifactor authentication user administrationCreation and enforcement of processes and standardsWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Minimum of 3 years' experience managing on- and off-boarding in a global environmentMinimum of 3 years' experience in provisioning various access accountsAbility to travel internationally up to 5%Ability to work flexible hours to support global businessesStrict and personal sense of accountability and ownership Team motivator with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsProven vendor management experienceOffice365 administration experience Technical experience supporting Active DirectoryWhat you'll have:Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week An excellent salary, benefit offering and development opportunities A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond About Sensient Technologies CorporationSensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and fragrances.
