Job Description: Are you an experienced truck driving recruiter or a seasoned CDL driver looking to transition into recruitment? HTS is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Independent Recruiters. As a 1099 contractor, you have the freedom to earn as much as you want while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Responsibilities: Source and recruit CDL and non-CDL drivers for major freight carriers Utilize various job boards, social media, and other platforms to identify potential candidates Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Requirements: Previous experience in truck driving recruitment or one year of CDL-A driving experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in using job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools High level of motivation and drive to achieve recruitment targets Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop Benefits: Unlimited earning potential – the more you recruit, the more you earn!
