Job Title: Implementation Consultant Department: Customer Success Reports to: Manager, Implementation Consultants Job Summary: Specright is looking to hire an Implementation Consultant within our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Customer Implementations and Product Implementation strategy for the Specright product, which is built on the Salesforce platform. You will also work hand-in-hand with the Director of Implementation and Implementation Consultant Manager. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Software Engineering. In this role, you will get the chance to work with exciting customers such as Johnson & Johnson, Jack in the Box, and Caterpillar. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a SaaS solution design or consulting position, show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have an understanding of consumer goods and manufacturing businesses. Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for the solution design of customer solutions and ensuring implementation success for projects with Mid Market and Enterprise customers Define and document solution design, user stories and requirements inclusive of configuration, custom development and data migration Work with the Solution Data Architect & Project Manager to define a scope and deliverables for a successful implementation Consult, lead and guide customers with best practices in business transformation and process optimization as part of a Specright implementation Help customers transform their business with SDM technology Configure objects, layouts, and workflows in Specright with Salesforce.com admin functions Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data Work one-on-one with clients in the following industries: beauty and cosmetics, consumer goods, packaging, food & beverage, wine & spirits, automotive, and chemicals Participate in ongoing training to boost technical knowledge, as well as Salesforce & Industry standards (i.e. Trailhead, etc) Qualifications 3+ years experience required, ideally within manufacturing or tech industries SaaS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging, or Supply Chain experience required Salesforce.com knowledge preferred but not required Be an active learner Ability to manage multiple customers' task prioritization (i.e. holistic approach) Excellent communication, interpersonal, email, and organizational skills High attention to detail Time management skills to manage multiple projects at one time Fast learner, team player, can-do attitude, highly organized, execution-oriented, problem solver Positive and Inquisitive Attitude Ability to give technical solutions for medium to high-complexity projects Thrives on tackling challenges About Specright Specright offers cloud-based software (SaaS) for specification data management to Fortune 1000 companies with complex needs.
